My recent stay at Woodcliff was quite disappointing. While the hotel has a nice appearance, it’s clear that it’s showing its age. The room was somewhat clean, but the elevator issues and particularly poor dining experiences overshadowed the positives. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone looking for a seamless experience, but some aspects have potential if addressed.

We celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary with a relaxing overnight spa package that included a massage and dinner. The experience had its ups and downs; while the atmosphere was nice and the food at Horizons restaurant was generally good, the service was lacking at times, and the noise from neighboring rooms really detracted from our overall enjoyment. The room itself was beautiful and included some nice amenities, though we had to deal with some annoying disturbances that made our stay less than ideal.
